The pane on the right shows remote files on the web server. The remote directory displayed is the website directory for the account. For example. A personal account has a directory such as peoplejsmith. A departmental account has a directory such as orgathletics. The drop down box on the right side highlighted in red in Figure 8 shows the current directory. You can transfer files between your computer and the web server in several ways. Begin by navigating in the left pane to the directory in which your website files are stored on your computer. Select the website files that you want to transfer to the server. You may then drag and dropcopy and paste from the Edit menuuploaddownload from the Operation menu.
